Janie Garza, CPRM, ACSR, has been named the 2025 Account Manager of the Year by the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas (IIAT)—a prestigious honor awarded to just one insurance professional across the entire state each year.
This recognition, presented at INSURCON 2025 in San Antonio, celebrates Janie’s exceptional professionalism, client service, and leadership in the insurance industry. For those of us lucky enough to work with her, it came as no surprise.
With nearly three decades of experience, Janie has built a reputation rooted in knowledge, trust, and a genuine passion for helping others. She holds advanced designations such as Certified Personal Risk Manager (CPRM) and Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR)—credentials that reflect her commitment to continuous growth and excellence. Her expertise allows her to provide high-level service, particularly for our high-net-worth clients, and she consistently does so with clarity, discretion, and care.
