Invariably, sometimes you need it right now. With just a few minutes of training, virtually anyone can logon and perform a number of general tasks such as issuing a certificate of insurance, reprinting an auto id card, requesting a change to a driver, vehicle, property or equipment schedule, report a claim, or even view basic coverage information.
