Summary: We are seeking two part-time employees to fill the receptionist's position. Ideal candidate is a college student or similar person needing a degree of flexibility with regularly scheduled hours. Regular office hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Thursday and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Fridays.
Salary: $9.00 /hr to begin
Duties: Answer main telephone line promptly and courteously.
Process incoming and outgoing mail.
Assist in marketing campaigns.
Any other office work that may reasonably be required.
Qualifications: Dependable and motivated person with a clear and friendly voice that knows and uses telephone etiquette. Be able to handle multiple incoming calls at once. Be familiar with typical office technology such as Microsoft’s Word, Outlook, and Excel. Spanish as a second language is a plus.
